I really sorry if my perception is wrong, but i believe that Blazblue need more playable antagonists, since the only are: Terumi, Relius and Nu-13, I hope there will be more, because that makes the story more "dramatic". Tesshu (talk) 01:10, November 17, 2012 (UTC)
You cant just add antagonists. Terumi, Nu, Relius, Saya, Tsubaki (Kind of and by extent: Izayoi) and Phantom are antagonists. Kokonoe, ARAKUNE, Litchi, Tager, Carl, Jin and Hakumen are neutral more or less. Ragna, Noel (By extension: Mu), Jubei, Rachel, Valkenhayn, Bang, Platinum, Makoto and Taokaka are protaganists. Well thats at least how I see it. Notice how Arakune is in big bold letters?
Admin's notice:Litchi is antagonist - now she's working with NOL, with Imperator. Mu was antagonist, now is protagonist. Hakumen and maybe Jin are protagonist. With Makoto, Valkenhayn and Platinum I'm not sure, for me they're neutral. Status of new characters - Izayoi also - is unknown. We'll see in Chrono Phantasma.
Just uhm, a few words here; I see this Mai Natsume fanboy or whoever on Youtube roleplaying as her, frankly it pisses me off whenever I see him in a livestream/comment section I'm at spouting nonsense that's never gonna happen. Figured out it was the same person on the wikia (188.8.131.52 ), I for one would like to see that this person gets what he deserves in a way.
That's unnecessary. We removed those categories because one's views on whether a character is good or evil is subjective, and characters don't always fall strictly within the bounds of a given alignment. For example, Nu saved Ragna's life in Continuum Shift (as Lambda), so she couldn't be considered a vanilla antagonist.
Not only Blessed Mirror (Yata no Kagami); most of her moves except 'Sword of Decimation' are named after Japanese Mythology. My sentence wasn't well formed anyway so forgive me for that :P
Totsuka Blade is named after 'Totsuka-no-Tsurugi' (literally Sword of Ten-fists or Sword of Totsuka), a legendary sword belonging to Susanno'o. It's also the sword that Izanagi used to behead Kagutsuchi for burning Izanami to death.
Arrows of Heaven is named after 'Ame-no-Habaya', legendary arrows of the bow Ame-no-Makakoyumi.
Origins is named after the deity 'Tsunugui no Kami'.
Divine Wrath of the Heavens is named after 'Ame-no-Habakiri', another name for the Sword of Totsuka.
Her new attack in CP, Sword of Infinity is named a legendary sword with so much life force that it's able of bringing the dead back to live, the Ikutachi.
Wisdom of the Divines is named after 'Omoikane', the god of wisdom of intelligence.
And her Astral Heat, 'Sword of the Godslayer' is named after Kusanagi-no-tsurugi or the old name 'Ame-no-murakumo-no-tsurugi'; the sword that Susanno'o found inside the body of Yamata-no-Orochi.
As I said before, the only move that isn't named after the Japanese Mythology is 'Sword of Decimation'.
Ah, I see. Like I said in my summary, I thought you were just talking about the three Imperial Regalia. Time was also tight and I didn't have much mental bandwidth to spare for fact-checking, so I just went with what little I could remember off the top of my head. Not the most professional thing to do, but on weekdays, I can only come on here at night, immediately after work, and I tend to be rather tired. Excuses aside, thanks for pointing out my error. I think I'll add to what you put, since it seems rather relevant (for trivia, of course).
Now that I've actually done my fact-checking, I've noticed a single flaw in your message - Sword of the Godslayer (Kamigoroshi no Tsurugi) isn't named after Kusanagi no Tsurugi. Her title - the Sword of the Godslayer Kusanagi - is derived from the name, but the move name itself has no relation to Kusanagi.
