The mercenary troop (傭兵部隊 yōhei butai) is a fighting force Bullet belonged to. They deployed to battlefields across the world, a group of professional soldiers who always executed their missions as ordered by the client.
The squad was completely annihilated during the Event Weapon Dispossession Operation in 2195. Only the squad’s captain survived, thanks to the life-saving surgery Kokonoe Mercury performed on him. This operation turned him into TR-0009 Tager, and he lost his memories in the process.
