Exceed Accel (エクシードアクセル Ekushīdo Akuseru) is a new move introduced in BlazBlue: Centralfiction which is performed by pressing A+B+C+D buttons simultaneously while Overdrive is active. After the move has been used, it will end the Overdrive, but landing the attack on the opponent will instead activate the Active Flow state. If the move hits the opponent while Active Flow is engaged, there will be additional animation and enhanced effects.
There is a brief window of invulnerability until the move is activated, and does not require the Heat Gauge to activate. Under normal circumstances, the start-up of the move is a little slow, however, it can be sped up by performing immediately after activating Overdrive, or by cancelling a normal attack.
