3rd Hierarchical City of Iwasu

The 3rd Hierarchical City of Iwasu (第三階層都市「イワス」, Dai-San Kaisō Toshi “Iwasu”) was where Hazama and Relius Clover met up to prepare for their trip to the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi. It is situated within the United States of America.

Iwasu’s Controlling Organization branch houses Hazama’s office where he ordered Tsubaki Yayoi to assassinate both Noel Vermillion and Jin Kisaragi.^[1]

The 3rd Hierarchical City of Iwasu is named after the Japanese goddess Iwasuhime no kami.
Tsubaki’s earlier official profiles state that she was born in the 3rd Hierarchical City of Naobi, and the later state that she was born in the 3rd Hierarchical City of Iwasu. The Glossary of BlazBlue: Chronophantasma Extend says that Tsubaki was born in the 4th Hierarchical City of Naobi.
